Marital Etudes, or Spouses in Harmony
Husband and wife, both musicians. Is this more of an advantage or a complication?
After all, both need to practice their instruments—each something different. Do they disturb each other? And of course, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, so there's another challenge: practicing with children, who aren't always positively inclined toward additional extracurricular obligations. And what about tours with the orchestra? Both can't go, so who will take care of the children? Do they flip a coin? The answers to these and other questions might be clarified by the protagonists of this evening. Three married couples brought together by music.
Performers include Robert Heger (flute), Dana Hegerová (flute), Petr Zdvihal (violin), Radka Zdvihalová (piano), Martin Zdvihal (violin), Marie Zdvihalová (violin), Karolína Strašilová (viola), and Tomáš Strašil (cello). The concert will be broadcast live by Czech Radio D-dur.
