Ticket exchange and refunds
As a rule, we do not provide refunds for purchased tickets.
If you are unable to attend a concert, you can exchange the ticket for another in the same price category at least three business days before the concert date, or give it to someone else. We will only provide refunds for tickets if a concert is cancelled without a replacement.
