One hundred seasons, one evening, thousands of stories – the Prague Radio Symphony Orchestra opens its jubilee season in festive style.
The new Chief Conductor, Elias Grandy, revives the programme of the very first concert given by the Radiojournal Orchestra.
The evening begins with Smetana’s Overture to The Bartered Bride, followed by two lyrical Beethoven Romances for violin and orchestra, performed by the virtuoso Jan Mráček.
An enchanting selection from Dvořák’s Legends comes next, before the celebration culminates in Fibich’s monumental Second Symphony.
Join us for a gala evening brimming with exquisite musical experiences.
