On Sunday 28th September in Brno's Janáček Theatre the Radio Symphony Orchestra will perform the Suite from Janacek's op.era From the House of the Dead, the Mystery of Time by Miloslav Kabeláč and Dvořák's Concerto in B minor for Cello and Orchestra with Michaela Fukačová.
Born in Brno, Michaela Fukačová is a cellist who lives in Denmark and is now a regular performer and greatly in demand on stages throughout the world. She is possessed of an outstanding technique, able to apply female sensitivity and touch as well as masculine firmness of expression. Critics prize her nobility of tone, her brilliant technique, crystal-clear intonation and above all her balance of form and thrilling expression.
