And we will also add a word from the conductor, who has shared his feelings with visitors to the website of the Prague Spring festival.
“I am really looking forward to this concert; for me, it is a celebration of the beauty of Czech music.
And even something more – it is our share in that worldwide, all-embracing gift:
Nature and Wisdom (The Cunning Little Vixen)
Compassion and Humaneness (The Fiddler’s Child)
A Testament to the Present (Violin Concerto)
A Plea – A Celebration – Thankfulness (Our Father and Te Deum)
Personally, I know of no other dimension of life.
Or is there one?
Love is found within in all of this, and without it, nothing has any meaning at all!”
