PRSO set for Spanish dates

On Friday 23 March, the Prague Radio Symphony Orchestra will fly to Spain where, conducted by Petr Vronský, it will perform two concerts of works by Antonín Dvořák.

The first performance will take place on 24 March in the port town of Avilés, in the Asturias region in the north of the country. The venue, the Casa Municipal de Cultura, has a capacity of 677. The audience there will hear Dvořák’s overture My Home, Biblical Songs with soloist Roman Janál, and the Eighth Symphony.

The same programme will be performed two days later in the Auditorio de Zaragoza. Its Mozart Hall has a capacity of 1,992.
