Filled with such longing, such unfulfillable longing. lt seemed to me l was hearing the voice of God.” That is how Antonio Salieri described the Adagio from Mozart’s Serenade No. 10, know as the Gran Partita, in Miloš Forman’s film Amadeus.

This rarely performed work for twelve wind instruments and bass, which lasts fifty minutes, is one of Mozart’s most beautiful symphonies. Its performance by the members of the radio symphony in Studio 1 promises to be a special experience for listeners.
